PROMOTER

The AI Command Rewards Programme is organised by BITanium in collaboration with Denodo as part of the DataFest 2026 AI Command activation.

ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.

To qualify for entry into the rewards programme, participants must complete the AI Readiness Assessment available at: https://denodo.bitanium.co.za/live-ai-insights

Only one entry per participant will be considered.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion opens on 1 June 2026 and closes on 20 June 2026.

Entries received after the closing date may not be included in the prize draw.

PRIZES

The rewards programme includes the following prizes:

• Premium KUGA Adventure Cooler (Grand Prize)

• Raspberry Pi Development Kits

• Additional technology-related rewards at the Promoter's discretion

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

BITanium reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

DATAFEST ATTENDEE ELIGIBILITY

The Premium KUGA Adventure Cooler Grand Prize is available exclusively to participants who:

• Complete the AI Readiness Assessment; and

• Attend DataFest 2026 in person.

Attendance may be verified by event registration records, booth engagement records, AI Access Tag collection, or other reasonable means determined by the Promoter.

REMOTE PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

Participants who complete the AI Readiness Assessment but do not attend DataFest 2026 remain eligible for the Raspberry Pi Development Kit prize draw and any other remote-participant prizes designated by the Promoter.

Remote participants are not eligible for the Premium KUGA Adventure Coolere Grand Prize.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the promotional period closes.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Winners will be contacted using the details provided during assessment completion.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By participating, entrants consent to BITanium and Denodo collecting and processing their information for the purposes of:

• Administering the promotion

• Producing aggregated AI Readiness Insights

• Communicating relevant follow-up content, reports and event-related information

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

GENERAL

BITanium reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
